This Terms & Conditions document constitutes a binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "Member") and 100cuc ("Platform", "We", "Company").

Throughout this document, the following terms are used consistently:

• "Account" refers to a registered account created by a user on the 100cuc platform.
• "Funds" refers to funds deposited or held in your 100cuc account, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

To register and use 100cuc's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Age 18 years of age and above at the time of registration. 100cuc strictly prohibits registration by any individual under the age of 18.
• Reside in or access the platform from a geographical area where online gaming is not prohibited under local law.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not appearing on any self-exclusion list or prohibition list issued by any relevant authority.

During registration at 100cuc, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, an active Malaysian mobile number, and a secure password.

100cuc reserves the right to request supporting documents at any time for identity verification purposes (KYC — Know Your Customer), including:

• A copy of a valid identity card (MyKad) or passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement not older than 3 months)
• Proof of ownership of the registered payment method

Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure. All information you provide to 100cuc will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy ours.

100cuc accepts deposits via approved local Malaysian payment methods. All transactions are processed exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

100cuc is not liable for any failed deposits resulting from third-party technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or limits imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider.

100cuc players may withdraw to the same payment method used for their deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM30 per transaction
• Maximum daily withdrawal for standard accounts: RM10,000
• Maximum daily withdrawal for VIP Gold: RM20,000
• Maximum daily withdrawal for VIP Platinum: RM50,000
• Withdrawals for VIP Diamond: No limit

Withdrawal processing times depend on your membership tier and chosen method. Generally, withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes to 24 hours for fully verified accounts. Accounts that have not completed verification may experience delays or have withdrawals held until the process is complete.

100cuc reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large or unusual withdrawals as a fraud and money laundering prevention measure.

All bonuses and promotions offered by 100cuc are subject to specific rollover requirements and validity periods. By accepting any bonus, you agree to the following terms:

1. Each bonus carries its own rollover requirement as specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Rollover is typically between 5x to 20x of the bonus value received.
2. Bonuses may not be used to fulfil the rollover requirements of other bonuses unless explicitly stated.
3. Each player is entitled to one (1) welcome bonus for the lifetime of their account at 100cuc.
4. 100cuc reserves the right to void any bonuses and associated winnings in cases of abuse, fraud, or any attempt to exploit the bonus system.
5. The validity period for each bonus is 7 days from the credit date unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
6. Players who make a withdrawal before meeting the rollover requirement will forfeit any bonus and bonus winnings that have not yet fulfilled the rollover.

All games available on the 100cuc platform are operated using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system, ensuring that every game outcome is fully random and fair. Core fair play principles:

• All game results recorded by the 100cuc system are final and binding and may not be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical system failure.
• Should a technical disruption occur during gameplay, 100cuc will work to resolve the issue fairly for all parties.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are stated within the respective game interface and are subject to change without prior notice.
• The use of automated software (bots), artificial intelligence systems, or any unauthorised method to gain an advantage in games is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
• Winnings from progressive jackpots are subject to verification and additional conditions before payment is processed.

The 100cuc Sports Betting platform covers a wide range of popular sports in Malaysia, including badminton (BWF, Malaysia Open), football (EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, FA Cup), e-sports (MLBB, CS2, Valorant, DOTA 2), and virtual sports. Specific conditions for Sports Betting:

• All displayed odds are in decimal format and are subject to change until the market closes.
• Bets confirmed by the system cannot be cancelled by the player except under exceptional circumstances, as determined solely by 100cuc.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, the relevant bet will be fully refunded within 24 hours, unless the bet is considered settled under the competition's rules.
• Combined bets (parlay/accumulator) involving a cancelled match will be recalculated excluding that match.
• The minimum bet is RM1 and the maximum varies depending on the match type and the player's VIP tier.
• 100cuc reserves the right to refuse or restrict any bet deemed unusual or suspicious, without obligation to provide a reason.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 100cuc account login credentials. Security measures you must follow:

• Do not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication (2FA) code with anyone, including 100cuc staff.
• Always log out of your account after each session, especially on public or shared devices.
• Use a strong password of at least 8 characters, combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an extra layer of account protection.

100cuc shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own negligence. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the 100cuc support team immediately via support@100cuc.bet.

100cuc reserves the right to close or suspend any player's account without prior notice if:

• Fraud, document forgery, or the provision of false information during or after registration is detected
• The player is involved in money laundering or suspicious financial activity
• The player is using multiple accounts or abusing the 100cuc bonus system
• Players use unauthorised software or tools to gain an unfair advantage
• There is a violation of applicable local laws in Malaysia
• Requests from authorised regulatory authorities

Players may also choose to close their own account at any time by contacting the 100cuc support team. Eligible funds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days once verification is complete.

• Transaction processing failures or delays by third parties
• Damage to the user's own device or software

100cuc provides its platform on an "as-is" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted service at all times. That said, we continually work to ensure maximum uptime and the best possible user experience.

100cuc reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on this website.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the 100cuc platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The date of the latest version is always displayed at the top of this document for your reference.
